Centrally air conditioned

In a nice locality. bus stops in walking distance. Lots of eating joints near by.

Bus number 157, 49 and 12.

Atm at walking distance.

Nice owner. Never troubles. If you gain her trust you can pay the rent by as late as 15 of the month
