Functional and cheap

Functional apartment with necessary amenities and cheap rent. Kitchen is a little cramped but bedrooms and living room are of good size.

Convenient and affordable housing in the commons

Older building, light on amenities but located in the commons next to the Green Street bus stop. Rent includes a gym membership to Finger Lakes Fitness (located in the basement).

Great location & Good price

Love to be in Downtown, loft for $1,050 was great deal. Everything around, parking lot in direct access.
Old furniture but looks fine, didn’t have any problems.

Center Ithaca 1BR Loft

Great price for size of apartment (but limited storage). Very convenient location near 2 major bus stops downtown. Older building with an outdated layout but includes membership to gym in basement of the building.
