Great for first-year MBAs

Tons of MBA students live here so easy to share rides to/from school. Apartments are large and have lots of closet space. Updated kitchens and bathrooms are great. Washer/dryer in every unit is awesome. Only downside is far from bar scene so feel removed from campus.

Great Apartment, OK Location

Alta Springs is great if you are looking for a solid apartment complex that isn't too expensive and has all the amenities you could need. You need a car to live here, as there isn't much of anything in walking distance, but the grocery store is only a 2 minute drive and Franklin St is only a $6 Uber.

Full of students but very far away

Alta Springs is a perfectly fine place to live. The management company is good at everything but recording and reporting packages on time. The apartments are of decent quality although definitely on the pricier side for the area. The down side is that Alta Springs is near absolutely nothing. You have to drive anywhere and everywhere, the light near Barbee Chapel Rd is so long, and there is always traffic nearby on 54 and 15/501. If you're a student, you're better off grabbing some roommates and living near Franklin.
