Very disappointed in Alta Springs

I would not live here. It is not worth the cost to have to deal with the location and hassles with management.

Alta Springs Review

Related to the Morgan complex, people tend to lean one way or the other with these. I have had a totally comfortable stay here.

Alta (The Morgan) is a great fit for KFBS MBAs

I've loved my 2 years at Alta. It's great for spacious, reasonably-priced apartments, where a lot of your neighbors are your classmates. Amenities are really strong. Plenty of storage, safe. Checks pretty much every box except walk-ability. Driving to class is not a big deal (10-15 min), and Ubers to Franklin are pretty cheap. Overall highly recommend.

Fine house, nothing special

There area lot of properties similar to ours around campus, so this one is good but not great. The biggest upside is that many other Kenan-Flagler students are there, but the property itself has nothing special. The pool is the best part, but they aren't great with pets, the apartments themselves are fine but nothing too good, and management is less than responsive.

Live alone, property is great. Nice to have a pool, gym, dog park nearby. Management is responsive.
