NEMA

NEMA is a great building with amazing amenities and nicely designed apartments. The neighborhood is quieter than the Loop and closer to campus (Metra stop is a 5 min walk). Great lake and park access. Management and staff are always extremely responsive (work orders are answered within an hour) and very kind. There are not a lot of Booth students in NEMA, but there are a lot of UChicago grad students.

Very close to Trader Joe's and Jewel Osco (3 minute walk)
Very close to Metra (3 minute walk)
Very close to CTA (4 minute walk)

Good value for money, amazing amenities

The leasing agents were terrible, all 3 of them. The property manager is much more responsive.
