Good neighborhood, slighlty overpriced apartments
The apartments are spacious and decent looking, but the "updated kitchens" are not in every unit, and they won't let you know which ones are updated. The walls are thin so you can hear neighboring apartments very clearly. Also, this building is located on sorority row, so it feels very much like an undergrad neighborhood. That being said, the neighborhood is beautiful a few streets south. There is laundry in the basement, but no other amenities. After requesting maintenance, they do not update you on the status of your request unless you call. They let themselves into your apartment to do the work without checking.

Great location with decent amenities
I love the proximity to school, which allows me to walk back and forth from campus every day so I don't have to pay for on-campus parking. Additionally, I love the neighborhood because it's residential and safe. I have access to a lot of amenities because of the neighborhood. Essentially, I am content because of "location, location, location." While the rent is high, I feel that it's worth it for convenience and the neighborhood. Otherwise, I find the amenities to be pretty basic, but it's all clean and newly renovated.
