Pioneer Apartments

These apartments are right next to campus and renovated more recently than lots of other options. Management tends to be slow to respond to requests, and I had to get a campus parking pass because the building does not have enough spots for every resident.

Close to campus, huge 1b/1b

Love that my commute is a 5 min walk to campus, and that I'm located by a number of restaurants. There is some noise from University and often students will cross through the parking lot next to my unit late at night and make a lot of noise. The walls are thin, but generally the tenants are very quiet and I don't notice a lot of noise. There are HUGE windows in every single room (even the bathroom) which is great for my plants and my cat. Ultimately, I chose this apartment for the windows, hardwood floors, storage space, and proximity to campus.
