Downtown living

Pros: Great location downtown, views from apartments and the 28th floor roof are great, rooftop hot tub and pool, nice appliances and responsive management

Cons: very few students live here, very limited storage space in the apartment, expensive

Great

Great location, very nice building, amazing amenities and very secure. Only downside is it is not too social due to the population that lives here (older, professional, family, second homes).
