Union West

As a resident of this complex, I cannot speak more highly about the entire experience of living here. The buildings themselves (U Tower & W Tower) are kept in pristine shape and the amenities are extensive and well thought out. They recently added an herb garden that residents may easily access located between outdoor grills and recreational areas which I felt was an incredibly nice touch. The Pet Spa, pool, business area, gym, top floor entertainment, storage facilities, and private access to Union Market provide elevated living in the city while yielding far more return on the rent we pay monthly.

I would be amiss if I did not address what truly separates this residential experience from all others here in the West Loop - the STAFF. Every member of the Union West team, regardless of their department, are invested in every resident and do their utmost to ensure a personalized experience for all. Front Desk, Maintenance, & Leasing staff are particularly to note for such a feeling. Jen, Mike, Daniel, & Angelina in Leasing work on site and are always friendly and approachable. Daniel has been extremely helpful and responds immediately to all wishes, needs and concerns. Courtney at the Front Desk is a pure joy and lights up your day with her smile and daily greetings. The entire Maintenance team is comprised of quick responders who work efficiently and respectfully when in working inside our personal abodes. They are led by Jose, who deserves to be recognized publicly as he goes above and beyond at any given time his services may be requested. He addressed cooling issues that occurred simultaneously with my AC and refrigerator/freezer after hours. He also jumped into assist at the FD when the concierge stepped away to help me with some business needs until completion even after the FD agent returned. He never shows any signs of inconvenience, and instead opts to be enthusiastic and genuine in his wanting to help. Collectively, the Union West team consistently delivers on excellence and the best overall experience for all of us tenants. THANK YOU to ALL!

Union West is always clean, has really nice apartments and great amenities. The location is perfect, being right by food, night life, and the Morgan street L station.
