No Follow Through From Management
The management are nice and mean well, but I've had a horrible time trying to get any kind of follow through from them. I've had two ceiling leaks that have taken several weeks to fix, and with no communication from management. To have a chance to get anything done at all, you need to hound management. Beyond that, the building is really old, so things break often around the building. Overall, despite the low price, I don't feel as if this place is worth the money.

Really convenient location
The biggest reason I chose to live here was how convenient it is to get to the HEC since it is a quick 10-15 minute Healthline ride away. It is also very close to Metro (<10 minute drive) and to downtown. As an apartment, it is pretty average. The management is great and very responsive which makes up for the fact that the building is quite old. My biggest complaint is that a lot of people smoke in the building and it smells of smoke in the hallway and sometimes in my apartment. There is also a cockroach problem which hasn't been too bad since I keep my place quite clean. Overall, for the price (given almost all utilities are covered) and location, it was worth it to me.
