Saved by the location - Horrible Management - Roaches- Low Value
The units in this old apartment complex are really not worth the prices asked for them. This management team takes advantage of their great geographical location (right by GA400 and I285) to demand high prices for these obsolete and roaches-filled units. Moreover, since they are able to achieve a 97-99% lease rate, the management think they are untouchable and treat their residents like pure crap. Do not be fooled by this community as we were. We are now stuck in our lease and stuck by the pain of having to move out, so we are conscious we're settling for much less than what our money is worth. To you my friends: avoid at all cost!

Very nice place
Its a nice place to live. We have a gym and a big pool so its nice to be there.
It is very quiet and even if you want you can bring your pets! That's nice if you have a pet. The bedrooms are very spacious and very clean. You have two beds in each room, so you can share if you want.
Also it is a nice place to take a walk.
If you have car, you have your own slot to park your car.
