Colonial Grand
Location is extremely good. closed to marta, so good for people travelling to office everyday. Cosco , Kroger , Walmart very closed by. Many restaurants and bars are closed by. Gym is good and clean. Tennis court is present, Society is well maintained and always kept clean

Excellent place if price is not a problem
Society is excellent ..Very clean and well maintained .Awsome gym and tennis court for tennis lover. Walking distance form Marta station sandy springs .Management is good. No issues of pest. Rent has increased so that's the only concern or else its a thumps up
