Great Location, Great Value, Great Staff
Good maintenance and office staff. Good price for the neighborhood. Close to campus. Always plenty of free parking.

Red Peak Colorado Station
Colorado Station is a short walk to school (less than a mile), is in a safe neighborhood, is quiet, has great floor plans, and a very responsive management/maintenance team. They have handled COVID impressively well by consistently articulating expectations and communicating what they are doing to protect residents. Office management likes to organize events every so often. For example, a few times a month, they will bring food trucks out, have free coffee days where they set up an espresso bar, and have contests for residents to participate in. Pre-COVID, it was not uncommon for management to organize social events as well. The rent is not super cheap, but for the location, safety, access to the lightrail, and courteous/quiet community, it's worth it.

Decent
There are some issues but it’s affordable housing for students living off campus
