Cayuga View
In general awesome apartment in terms of management, amenities and overall environment. Overall capacity is small comparing to others so a bit hard to get in; rent is pricey but worth it.

A former retirement home with a twist
Built in 2018, Cayuga view is a senior living home that recently open itself up to younger renters. With all new appliances, including washer and dryer in unit, Cayuga View is extremely spacious for its tenants with a two bedroom and 2 baths at a 1000 square feet. The building also has high speed internet, running at 50 MBs per second. The building is extremely quiet due its original intended renters. On top of being 10 minutes away from Sage Hall, there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away from the entrance of the apartment. In terms of stores and gyms, Target, BJs, and YMCA are a 5 minute drive away. Overall, Cayuga view is worth it if you want more bang for your buck, and don’t mind being North of campus.
