Super close to campus ~4mins to get to Farrell; very safe extremely quiet mostly grad students so no music or parties or malfeasance

Literally on campus, so it's a 5-minute walk to any of the graduate schools at WFU. Sometimes ants find their way inside when the seasons are changing, but WFU maintenance will take care of it.

I can walk 3 minutes to class every day, I don’t have to pay for a commuter parking pass, and I have very cheap rent. Inside wakes gates so I feel perfectly safe. Large living room, kitchen, dining room, and back patio, washer dryer in unit.

My experience with my housing process was great! I spoke with Hope Jordan and she provided great assistance with my leasing application and room selection. My condominium is very spacious and convenient with being only a five minute walk from Farrell Hall. I did have minor maintenance issues but after submitting a maintenance order all the issues were resolved within a day. They were effective and considerate with my housing. I would definitely recommend Business Grad students to stay at the Paschal Drive Condominiums. However, to keep in mind to apply early in the year for the condominiums. They fill up very quickly.

The apartment is very spacious, just the right size for two roommates to comfortably be. Nice kitchen size, fully furnished rooms. Lots of storage space, including an huge bookshelf built into the wall in the living room. About a 5-10 minute walk from the closest university buildings. The biggest downside is that there are limited visitor spots in the lot, so hosting friends can be tricky. Another downside is the proximity to the soccer stadium - it’s a quick walk to the games, but you can hear the music/announcements in the apartment.

$940 rent for the room with the en-suite bathroom; $900 for the room with the un-attached bathroom

Overall, pretty good place, but there is an ongoing centipede problem.

The apartment is almost perfect, but there is a bit of a bug problem. I have had bugs fall out of the vent above my bed into my bed, and my room is too small to be able to move the bed :(

Been here all three years. Being so close to the law school has been very helpful. The Price is more than reasonable and I haven't had any major issues in that Time.
