Pros: relatively cheap rent for a lot of space. My unit is fully renovated, not all are. Management company quick to respond to maintenance requests and does a good job with upkeep. Relatively quiet neighborhood.
Cons: no laundry in unit or building. Bit far from school - closest bus stop is down the hill in the commons. Not a good location if you don't have a car.

Cheap and spacious
This is one of the cheapest apartments on the market and it’s good. The rooms are spacious and the windows are big and nice. It’s about 10 minutes uphill walk from green street bus station and Seneca street bus station, so it can be irritating to the ones who are not used to walking. Maintenance is decent, very responsive and very nice people.

Not Preferrable
I would recommend finding a place as early as possible! I was searching for a place a couple months before classes started and took what I could get. The location is not convenient and there are no particularly attractive amenities. It's well priced if you have roommates.
