Nice apartments, but they're expensive
Landlord is reliable and not very invasive, the property and the units are pretty nice, I never have issues with my neighbors. There's a playground for kids, and parking isn't usually bad. The rent is expensive though, and they charge separately for just about everything. They rebill you for community utilities and trash and landscaping and such on top of your rent, and you have to manage and pay your own private utilities account for what you actually use in your apartment. The electric heaters they include in the units more than double my electricity bill in the winter, so I have to keep my apartment pretty cold and use space heaters and blankets to stay warm. No air conditioning. Furniture isn't included either, but there's an in-unit laundry and every unit comes with a stove, fridge, and dishwasher.
I like it, but it's not really an affordable place if money is tight.
