Diamond in the Rough but McKinley BEWARE

This specific building is a 1920's mansion split into units. Our particular unit, #6, is the whole first floor and is beautiful. BUT it is a diamond in the rough in this neighborhood. McKinley DOES NOT keep up their apartments. I have had to hire a SLS lawyer to even get emergent issues fixed. So while this unit itself it a great find, PLEASE BEWARE of any other apartment owned by this company. The tenant portal is filled with complaints about them. The absolute worst.
