WillowRidge Apartments Good
Decent place to live. Maintenance is hit or miss about how well they can fix issues, but they will outsource problems to get it fixed it just may take longer. Apartment is not the newest looking, but is still very nice. I have not really had any issues at all. Apartment has a large storage closet and has in unit washer and dryer. The complex has a pool and fitness center, in decent condition. Downside is it is not near very many bus lines, so I have to do the orange lot parking and take a bus in.

Willow Ridge
The apartment is fantastic for the price. It is a great location just outside of Ann Arbor which reduces the rent quite a bit. I have had some trouble with maintenance not completing requests.

Great Location, Superb Unit
Living at Willow Ridge has been very pleasant, we just renewed for a third year. We have also had several friends move into adjacent units. Rent is affordable as going just into Ypsi tends to add more value. They also only raise rates minimally from year to year. Our unit is very nice with forced air, an in-unit washer and dryer, and two bedrooms and two baths. I like the layout of our space, and there is plenty of storage. Our unit faces a nice pond (not other apartments), and the area is pretty quiet. Neighbors are respectful. Maintenance is responsive to requests. There is a gym and small pool, but we haven't used them much. Cannot beat the location, it is great for north campus trainees, about a 10-minute drive.
