Great place close to NU Tech

The apartment is old but they maintain it well. The laundry room has only 3 Washers and 2 dryers. Given the number of units in this complex, I think it is less. The rent is very cheap for 2 people sharing and it is very close to NU Tech (7 mins walk) and just outside Noyes CTA station. There is also intercampus and loop service stops outside the house.
