Great Place to Stay for Budget
It is an old apartment. The heaters are steam heaters for the whole building group (3 buildings), which you cannot control yourselves. The location is fairly close to the campus, especially Tech. However, getting groceries is a bit far without a bike. There is a bike parking room which outsiders cannot get in. There are storage rooms in the basement for tenants. The mailroom needs a key to enter or someone in the room to buzz you in, so the packages won't get stolen if you or someone else let the delivery people in the mailroom. The wall is thick and more soundproof than other apartments I rent.
