Spacious and Affordable, But Nothing Fancy
Excellent value for the size of the apartment. The floor plans are pretty spacious and fairly nice, but not incredible. All utilities are included except for electricity and internet. There is a small arcade, a gym, and a ping pong table in the main building that are infrequently used. The apartments are on the older side, but they are working on refurbishing them when people move out. The location isn't super convenient, but it's close to a Harris Teeter and Bethabara Park, so that's cool. The closest Wake Line stop is at Crowne Park (about a 10-minute walk). The apartments are really nothing special, but it is safe and a great value.

Price is what you get
I've enjoyed living here for the price. I love my 2bed, 2bath. And Amanda, the GM, is fantastic. However, there are some unseemly people in the area. I got a strange note once that had to be reported to the police and had to be moved within my first month of living there to a different unit because my neighbor above me had been smoke in his apartment for 20+ years so mine was unlivable. Overall, worth it for the price and maintenance is good and responsive. But, my stay here hasn't been free of problems. Less about the complex, more about the area.
