Amazing location

Wasp problem. Thin floors, but thick walls otherwise. There are frats nearby, but the volume's not horrible (no more than typical college streets) and the music's not too bad at least.

Highly Recommend

The apartment is a quiet street and a quiet building, very close to Deboer Park and 6 minutes walk to the campus. The company responds fast to any maintenance requests.
