Close to CTA, management is very responsive.
I am a >5 mintue walk to CTA (train or bus), the building is clean despite being 100 years old. my unit is newly renovated. the management has been extremely responsive and fixed a window that would not open, leaky toilet and hissing radiator. I have newer appliances.
I enjoy meeting my neighbors and living in a quiet/safe building. There are multiple cameras.
My only complaints are my kitchen is small, counter space is lacking, no dishwasher and no in unit laundry.
