Park Central

Park Central is a safe gated community. I live in a loft-style apartment, 1 bed, 1 bath with a loft which has a lot of ample space. The area is more of a residential one as there are a lot of shops/eating around. The apartment complex feels like a resort honestly and is well maintained and very clean. Overall, a very enjoyable apartment complex to live in.

It is very people friendly and always busy in terms of meeting new people or people always being outside for something. So there will never be a time where you are alone if security/personal safety is an issue. Everything in Millenia is literally next door or the next plaza over.

10 minutes from school, 5 minutes from Mall of Millenia, 10 minutes from Universal, and 20 minutes from Disney so there are a lot of attractions around when a student may need to detach from school.
