solid!

Great location, solid amenities (gym, roof, good front desk staff), and the units themselves are great. While it may not have the flash of some of the newer apartment units in the U street or H street areas, Quebec House is a great place to live and has a diverse demographic of tenants.

Great Value in Cleveland Park

The management and maintenance teams at Quebec House are amazing, the common areas are always spotless and any issues are addressed immediately. The floorplans are very spacious and the location can't be beat (five minute walk from the metro, bars, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater).

Spacious Apartments in Cleveland Park

The apartment building is close to the metro and has spacious apartments. They just recently added a dog park area for residents with dogs. There is also a supermarket, post office, pharmacy and restaurants within five minute walk. It's also an10 minute walk from the zoo

I love Quebec House

Living in Quebec House has been really great overall. I have little to complain about. I love the size of my studio and the fact that I have a huge closet and separate kitchen. Being a five minute walk to the metro has been amazing. There is a decent sized gym and nicely appointed rooftop. I utilize the office space frequently to print assignment for free (just bring your own computer paper). Pets are allowed, but you have to pay pet rent.

Quebec House

It super close to the Red Line and there is a small supermarket and some restaurants on the main street. For going out, it isn't too far from Adam's Morgan and Dupont though not in close walking distance. 10 minute walk to the National Zoo and Starbucks. Studios are big with a large walk through closet and separate kitchen. The Maintenance is very quick and responsive. Very safe community.

Giant Building

This is a very large apartment complex, but don't let that steer you away. It is well managed and you won't have many problems living here. The location is great, parking is bad (but it's DC, so that's to be expected), and there is always a laundry machine available. You can walk right to the Red Line and there is plenty of shopping within walking distance. It's a great neighborhood for running and socializing.

Best Value in a Fantastic Neighborhood

I have lived in Quebec House for almost four years and think it is one of the best values in northwest D.C. Easily accessible to Metro and downtown but still with neighborhood feel. Staff are great and very responsive. Common areas always spotless!

Happy at Quebec House!

Quebec House has been a fantastic place to live. The building is quiet, well-maintained and the staff is great. We've had a couple maitenance issues come up since we moved in, and after submitting a request all problems were resolved the same day.

The apartments are really spacious and have TONS of storage. Definitely recommend.

Luke's review

Apartment is awesome, it was originally a 1 bedroom but they let us build a wall to split it into a 2 bedroom. Nice gym, friendly and helpful concierges, and free breakfast on the second wednesday of every month! Score baby! Would totally recommend living here, it's awesome.

A great building in an excellent location

Quebec House is a great place to live. Having amenities included makes a huge difference, as well as free parking. A diverse mix of residents live in the building, and the easy access to the metro is a huge plus. Management and maintenance are great, with nothing being too much trouble.

Cleveland Park Reviews

Very close to the red line metro stop and I never feel unsafe in Cleveland park as a single woman. The crowd is a bit older over here, but there are some grad students because Howard Law is close by. There is a target, CVS, GW urgent care, library and streets market all in the same shopping center along with several restaurants. there are many trails to run/bike through rock creek park which is a favorite pass time of mine
Cleveland Park is one of the best DC neighborhoods to live in. It is family friendly, quiet, and very safe. It's walking distance to the Zoo, metro, grocery stores, movie theater, and delicious restaurants on Connecticut Ave. Everything you need is just a step away from the numerous apartment complexes located in the neighborhood. Cleveland Park is great!
The neighborhood is a good mix of things to do and quiet at night. Mostly restaurants around but there’s also a library and movie theater. Metro provides easy access to other neighborhoods as well. Also very close to the zoo!
I love Cleveland Park, it's full of young professionals, families, and lots of cute dogs! Great Metro access, lots of food and shopping, and the neighborhood is very safe, even late at night.
Cleveland Park is a great neighborhood for those looking for something that feels like home but has the amenities of a city location (metro, shopping).
For a while I didn't like living in Cleveland Park because it's not a new or up-in-coming area that a lot of millenials in D.C. are moving to, but it has it's own charm. There are great resaturants, and it's convienent enough to anything you could need. It's also super safe and friendly.
Cleveland Park is much more vibrant than Foggy Bottom, there are lots of families and all the essentials (groceries, pharmacy, post office, movie theater) are in easy walking distance. The whole area is well-lit and safe.
Lovely spot! Right next to rock creek park. Dog park right down the street, lots of dogs and young families. It feels very safe.
