The Claridge's location is just perfect, 1min from the bus stop to school, on the Park and in the middle of center city. The building is ok, not too fancy and kind of old for a high-rise but ok. There is a large range of apartments and prices, depending on the size, view and floor. Leasing office is not very responsive in Spring, don't panic if you are trying to do things in advance, they are just slow. Views on the park are amazing if you have a high floor apartment facing the park. We are on the 23rd, and are not bothered by the street noise. Staff is ok, bike garage in the basement. Free printing in business center (bring your paper). Problems: Our main problem has been the temperature control - either too warm or too cold, hard to get a sound in-between, which was problematic for our baby born in October (winter is Cooooolllld). You can hear neighbors a little, but it's ok. No meeting room for group work.

Apartment's spacious and pretty nice. The building's a little understaffed in terms of maintenance workers and I've had a few slightly negative experiences there. However, the building's in pretty good shape and it's a great location.

The management company is very slow to respond, but the building is a very nice doorman building and maintenance staff is extremely responsive. Some pros: several units are newly renovated; great location right on the park; electricity is included in monthly rent.

Great location, love the apartment, a lot of Wharton tenants makes it very friendly and conveniant. Management generally responds quickly to maintenance requests.

Great value for what I am paying. Other places may be nicer but I would have had to pay more for them.

Living on the Walnut St. side of the building can at times be quite loud at night, despite being on the 23rd floor. The Claridge still offers the best value of any of the doorman buildings to my knowledge, especially on the studio1BR formats.

The building is alright. Management are good, very quick with resolving issues (usually within an hour or two). Some units are renovated, which are great, however, some units are not and those are not very nice. Overall, value for money!

Claridge is great! Not very new and amenities are limited but awesome location and nice size rooms.

The apartment is central but noisy since it's facing the Walnut street. However, the rent is reasonable given the good location. The lease office is very unfriendly.

Great value for large spaces, clean facilities, doorman service, garage access, and a gym. The location is also very convenient.
