The building is working on expanding the gym and business center, which will be great additions as well.

The location is perfect, many Wharton students live there and the staff (doorman, etc.) are really friendly. The negatives are that there are many older unit apartments in the building, they keep raising rent (try to get a 22 mo lease off the bat) and the leasing office service is horrible.

They're under new management since I moved and they've made a lot of improvements (better gym business center social events roof). I think its extremely convenient (right on rittenhouse square), the doormen are friendly, and overall maintenance repairs happen seamlessly. I think it’s a bit small for what you can get for the money I'm paying in philly, but overall fine. I really wanted a building with a free gym that I felt was in a safe neighborhood area (living alone as a girl and walking home late).

The best thing about the Claridge is the location - right on the park, a straight walk to school and near the bus. The pricing is fantastic and includes utilities. The one downside is that the management can be a less than responsive when you need them to be.

The apartment depends on who the property manager is, so it varies in terms of quality. There are a lot of young professional tenants (e.g., Wharton students and med students) and the location cannot be beat. It is right across the street from Rittenhouse Square. I enjoy living here.

Spacious units - good value. Walls are thin. Friendly door staff and maintenance, and decent management company. Pet friendly. Small gym and business center in building. Renovated kitchen units are best.

The Claridge is a great building located right on the corner of Rittenhouse Square. The apartments are very spacious and a great value. In addition, most of them have been updated recently. The bus stop to Wharton is right outside, otherwise, it is about a 25 minute walk to Huntsman. There is a business printer available for free to print course packs and notes, you just need paper. In addition, there is a small gym in the building with some treadmills and weights. Laundry is available on every floor, with a large laundry room on the 3rd floor. They also have a deal with a local dry cleaner that picks up/drops off right in the Claridge.

Located on the Square, which is the best location and right by a SEPTA bus stop -Have never had problems with my apartment but it's certainly not luxurious

Great location, love the apartment, a lot of Wharton tenants makes it very friendly and conveniant. Management generally responds quickly to maintenance requests.

Great value for large spaces, clean facilities, doorman service, garage access, and a gym. The location is also very convenient.
