Great apartment, but kind of far
I love living in harbor house, but the only downside is that I have to drive to campus. Otherwise everything with the apartment has been great.

Great place for law students!
The facilities are great and super new. It’s a ways from the law school and definitely too far to bike but multiple bus routes put you within walking distance of the law school. The maintenance team can be a little slow to respond to requests but we haven’t really had any issues because the apartment is super new. Biggest perks- garage parking and in unit laundry

Family-friendly complex!
Harbor House is a good place for families and dogs. It is a little far from Ross, but it's a 10 minute drive. There's also a bus that drives near it.

Great apartment if you have a car and are used to living alone or with 1 other person
Overall the apartment complex is great, I don't have too many complaints. The one downside might be that it is a little far from school, but it is within biking distance as well as an easy walk to the bus.
The apartment is very nice, enough room, covered parking, a small gym open 24 hours, very clean and recently remodeled apartments. Great for dogs, we have a dog park on the property and many people have dogs in the complex.

This apartment complex is great. The amount of space you get for what you pay is tremendous. However, the location is tough for getting to Ross.
