DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

ONE OF THE WORST apartment complexes in IRVINE. Do NOT trust these glorious fake 5-star reviews that suddenly pop out right after a negative review is posted. The 5-star reviews are fake, written by friends, coworkers or family of the management himself who is trying to make himself look good and lure people into this DUMP and SOME from people who receive incentives to write those 5-star reviews. Park Place Apartment Homes is managed by a grossly incompetent, rude, unprofessional, unethical, dishonest person, who has no qualifications and no clue about how to manage an apartment complex and has turned this place into a dirty, unsanitary, noisy, unsafe, overcrowded, overpriced GHETTO. Besides all sorts of issues, this place is VERY unsafe and noisy, you see Irvine Police here all the time, because of the type of people they are allowed to rent here and are causing all kinds of problems, harassing others, and get away with it, since the time this incompetent Community Manger has been hired. If you like your peace of mind and do not want to throw thousands of dollars into the garbage, DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Park Place Review

Park Place is an awesome apartment complex in Irvine. The property is quite large and can be confusing, but it is in great condition, is always clean, and quiet. It is definitely worth paying for if you can afford it!

Great if you're budget is greater than >1700

Park Place has amazing amenities--it is fully renovated, includes a gym and studio, has 3 outdoor pools, and two indoor clubhouse spaces that can serve as beautiful study spots. Secure, FOB-accessible garage parking is also included as well as indoor, FOB-accessible mail and parcel rooms. The community is quiet, filled with beautiful lush greenery, and has a beautiful view. It is truly a dream to live in. However the price is quite extreme, and, as someone who took over the last bit of a previous renter's lease, I was not prepared for the steep rent increase for the new leasing period. The price jump was very unexpected and I wish that the company could have provided clarity regarding the estimated increase in rent for the upcoming leasing period. All in all this is a stunning space to live in, but it certainly comes at a significant price.

Great apartment complex!

I have been living here for about 5 months now with a roommate and we love it here. No major complaints other than a lack of grassy areas within the complex for dogs.

Excellent apartment

Great management, always ready to help me with emergencies such as busted air conditioning pipe and lock outs. Always someone cleaning and maintaining shared areas.

Park Place leasing office needs improvement.

The amenities and floor plans are nice, but the rent is high. Management can improve, as they lack alertness and responsiveness.

Also, it is a home of crows, crows will cry every morning at 6am for half an hour to wake up the residents. No alarm clock needed.
