Okayish.
The apartment is at a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. Lots of scenic beauty. It is 20-25 minute uphill walk to the engineering quad.
The issues with the place are slow maintenance, creaking noises when people walk around. The heating in some units are not good. Rent is relatively okay.
