eaves Tunlaw Gardens reviews and highlights
- very dog friendly apartment building
- older building
- all utilities are included
- great value apartment complex
- clean building and spacious units
- location is perfect and close to dowtown
Great location in Glover Park, older building
Tunlaw Gardens is a great location just a few blocks from Wisconsin Ave in Glover Park with a 15-20 minute walk to get to the Georgetown med school campus. Our apartment is older and has not been renovated in many years. For example, we do not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal in our kitchen. They entire complex is pet-friendly and many residents in the apartment building have pets so there are lots of dogs around at all times! The price for a 1 bedroom is reasonable for DC but it is not the fanciest place to live.

Glover Park Reviews
The only downside is poor public transportation access. There are no metro stops nearby. There is one bus (D2) right outside, which goes to Dupont Circle. Buses like 30, 31, and 33 are also accessible by a short walk. Not bad overall, but can make commutes somewhat long.
