Park Place leasing office needs improvement.

The amenities and floor plans are nice, but the rent is high. Management can improve, as they lack alertness and responsiveness.

Also, it is a home of crows, crows will cry every morning at 6am for half an hour to wake up the residents. No alarm clock needed.

Park Place Studio - 650 Sq Feet

The complex is very clean and well managed. There are multiple swimming pools and clubs houses as well as a gym with daily group classes. The drive to campus is 7-10 minutes.

Good place to live

Really nice, fairly new apartments, but very expensive compared to some of the other options that are close to campus.
