About a 20-minute walk to the med school. About a 5-minute walk to Little Italy, 15-minute walk to Coventry, 15-minute walk to Cedar/Farimount area. Close to Lakeview Cemetery, which is good for runs. Very spacious living room, bathroom on the smaller side. Gas, electric, internet not included. Monthly parking fee. Washing machines/dryers, basic gym on site.

I've loved living at Lewis Manor so far. The place is generally quiet, and I don't have any difficulties with the neighbors or management. My roommate and I each pay ~$550-$600 a month, including utilities, cable, parking, etc. It's in a very safe neighborhood in Cleveland Heights, within walking distance to Case Western medical school. Many other students live on the same street in neighboring apartments and it's common to see students walking together to school every morning.
The apartments are spacious and there is good storage. Not as much counter space as I would like and I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but these are small gripes for the value and quality location. The leasing office is closed on weekends, which can sometimes be a hassle, but they are friendly and responsive to all of your needs. Parking is good too (lot behind the building) and it's a short drive to grocery stores. (Also within walking distance to Coventry, a fun street with lots of shops and restaurants.)
Great living situation especially for someone new to Cleveland; safe location, close to CaseMed, lots of other students nearby, and easy to manage. I highly recommend Lewis Manor, but you really can't go wrong with any of the other apartments on Overlook Rd. either.

Lewis Manor is conveniently located right at the top of Mayfield near Little Italy. While you get a lot of space and natural light in the apartments, the building itself is around 100 years old. Moving in if your apartment is on the 3rd or 4th floor is an extremely stressful experience. There's a small elevator that inconveniently placed. There's a small gym in the building itself, which is very convenient. And there is covered parking available for those who don't want to shovel snow all winter.

I live in a two bedroom apartment with my roommate who is also a law student. We have a living room, dining room, and 1.5 bathrooms. The apartment is very big and spacious for what we are paying. Very few buildings will have the same value. The open parking lot is $20 a month and the garage parking is $35 month. It is a very safe property with many keys to have access to certain things so it will be hard for people to break in. Our apartment has deadbolts on the doors so we feel safer. It is located right outside of Little Italy and is very close to the school. We also get lots of natural light and they accept cats!
