Great complex
Circle East townhome is great. Very affordable rent if split with a roommate. I like that the complex is gated with remote control access. Home does come with 2 car garage. Less than a mile from Case Western University Reserve.

Amazing value; a great modern living space.
We are very happy with our townhome. The value is simply incredible for the living space. Everything in the townhome is very modern and we love having a two car covered garage, dish washer, and washer and dryer hookups. We also are happy to be within walking distance of Case and UH. The only downside is that these apartments are just over the border into East Cleveland. Although we've never had any problems, it definitely doesn't feel safe to walk at night. Luckily, the complex is very secure, with gates, strong doors, and security cameras, so we still feel very safe. I would recommend CircleEast Townhomes to anyone looking for an affordable and spacious living space near campus.
