This apartment is in a great location but the lack of security and management has brought the value of this building down. The gate and key access to doors are always broken or in "maintenance" stage. I think they can do better with the security and parking issues by monitoring the parking deck and ticketing those vehicles without the visible access stickers.

Love this place!
This apartment is new and clean.
I love having the office with a free printer, jacuzzi with two TVs, and a large lobby room with fire places.
The location is great too. It's right in front of my husband's work place. Easy access to MARTA station too.
Plus, the apartment is very warm. We haven't turned on the AC yet this winter.
