Park Ridge Estates
Management is always keeping us updated on situations around the complex, and they do a community gathering with food and drinks every month. Maintenance always responds within 48 hours and fixes whatever issue you have, and they also do pest control 4 times a year in each unit. The complex has a pool and a grill area, a gym, 2 tennis courts, a dog park and a 10 mile trail. The apartments are newly renovated, it is much spacious than any of the apartments near Duke, it has a lot of storage room and it has its own private patio (mine has a wooded view). The complex is 15 minutes away from Fuqua, but it is 100% worth it. Beside it is close to the mall, great restaurants and I feel very safe.
