Good value
This community is great if you want to live alone with a lot of space for relatively cheap, but the houses are old and property doesn't have a lot of amenities. Depends very much on what your priorities are. Management isn't very responsive, but maintenance is easy to access and there is weekly pest control and community upkeep.

Responsive management, great location, nice neighbors. The building is a little old, but everything works. Not close to shooters or station 9.
