Quiet property with easy access

This community is pretty peaceful in a relatively nice and safe area. We have easy access to shopping, groceries, food, and gas. It's a 25 minute commute on most days with traffic from the science drive garage to the property. The unit itself is spacious with a good layout. The setbacks are the further commute and the front office is only open Monday through Friday. But so far, management has been responsive. Noise from neighbors is not really an issue from the sides but it is from above us.

Southpoint Glen

This is a GREAT place to live. It's super quiet, pretty, affordable, safe. There is a great walking trail and forest within walking distance. Amenities like grocery stores, malls, pharmacies etc are within 5 min driving. Plus the management is really attentive and helpful and reasonable.

Great apartment

Great place to live. The complex is a quick drive touke and is also right next to 40 so easy commutes to most places nearby. The management and facilities are great and have responded well to COVID.
