Really love it here
2 seconds from harris teeters and a bunch of food options, so much natural light its insane. I really like how the hallways are laid out for the my front door is open to the outside, it makes it feel less like a hotel and more like a home (this is the case on every floor). Feel super safe in this area. When i moved in the place was SPOTLESS, they really care about their residents.
Lots of space in the unit. Weekend nights you can hear people getting ready/leaving to go out but wouldn't say it too loud. Some engineering, mainly Fuqua.
H-1 bus to campus right across the street from the hillsborough - facing side of the building.

Positive Experience
I've enjoyed my apartment and the management and maintenance staff are excellent. The space is well-kept.

Not worth the money
Station Nine isn't a bad apartment complex, it's just expensive for what you get. The positives are a good gym, a dog run, very friendly and helpful staff, a smart package retrieval system and ample parking. It's location next to the Harris Teeter is also great. But you can get all of these things in cheaper places. Meanwhile, my floor is made of concrete and has cracks throughout (concrete is only on the first floor - the rest is wood I think), we had cockroaches or something similar for the first few weeks running all over our apartment, and nothing about the appliances or other aspects is above average. You're basically paying for the social aspect being so close to 9th street. The "gardens" are nice though and they are very pet friendly.

Convenient Student Living
S9 is somewhere between a dorm and a luxury apartment. I liked living off of one of the gated green spaces, as it was more quiet and my dog could hang out there (but had to stay on a leash). Parties are fairly frequent, but it's right by 9th street and tons of grad students live there. I moved into a house the following year because I got sick of the noise and constantly seeing people during covid.

Station 9 - 2 bed 2 bath apartment
I have very much enjoyed my time at Station 9. I am a student at Fuqua and my roommate is in Fuqua as well. Many of our friends live in this building, so it is convenient for being near classmates. It is also a convenient area as we are right across the street from a grocery store and very close to many restaurants. The parking garage is free for residents and the gym is as well.

Great Experience
I love living at Station Nine. I think the apartments are spacious and nice and the amenities are good as well (gym/pool). The location is the primary draw in my opinion. You are so close to 9th Street and majority of the MBA program lives in this area. There are even nicer and more newly renovated apartment complexes that have incredible facilities, and that is the only reason I am not ranking S9 as high as possible.

Convenient
Convenient location, much of the class lives in s9 or within walking distance of s9. The apartments have lots of space.
Good management.
A little pricey for the location, but paying for convenience.

Wouldn't live anywhere else
I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience at S9. Plenty of space in my apartment, responsive management and maintenance. S9 is the least expensive option for living in a primary apartment on Ninth Street and I'm happy I chose it.
