Cheaper "Luxury" Living
Leasing staff is really nice and maintenance is responsive (will come within 1-2 days depending on your issue).
Poor WiFi signal is sometimes a pain. The occasional roach spotting, but maintenance does come and spray if requested. Would make sure to do proper vetting in terms of where your apartment location is within the complex (i.e. not near the dumpster with very loud/early trash pick-up, not near the pool with loud socializing, not near the road with loud traffic).
Resident population skews a bit younger, but there are some families. Parties occur, but usually only held on the weekend. It's a typical multi-dwelling unit so walls are somewhat thin.

Managed well
- Pro: Maintenance and management are responsive to concerns
- Windows: Gaps in windows/doors let bugs in during the summer

Great Location, Decent Amenities
Station Nine is where the majority of the Fuqua students live and where a lot of Fuqua's informal social events/interactions take place (pre-Covid). My unit has been great to live in (lots of space), and any type of service/maintenance needed was done quickly. There are other apartments in the complex (B9, BMain) that I think are a little better in terms of overall cleanliness and amenities, but Station Nine is slightly less expensive and you're at the center of where things happen.
The only downsides are the thin walls and cockroach problems, which are not that much better at other apartments closeby.

My unit is great, the complex not so much
I really enjoy my unit given it's located far away from the pool, close to a door to exit/enter the complex and has lots of natural light. I don't think I would be as pleased if this wasn't the case.

S9
Great location if you want to be close to fellow classmates. Leasing office is great and easy to work with. Pool, dog run, and gym.

Great location and good value
Location on 9th Street is perfect. Many fellow Fuqua students live in the building, so the community is great. Units are relatively spacious. Gym and pool are fantastic. Management is generally nice and responsive. Finishes are not as nice as other apartments in 9th Street neighborhood, but price point is better.

Nice!
I've really liked my time at S9. It's no frills compared to B9 and 810 but there's a lot of Fuqua people which is fun and I think I pay less compared to people in other complexes on 9th street. Our leasing staff is also incredible. Super helpful and willing to work with you when things come up.

Overall Good Apt
The recommendation is to pick apartment not on the first floor because the floor is concrete and not hard wood. And there will be more bugs on the first floor because of the weather here. Other than those problems Station Nine is a great place to live since it is very close to Ninth street and grocery stores. The amenities are fully equipped and staff members are super friendly.
