Affordable and convenient
I really enjoy living at The Lofts at Southside. Its location close to downtown is incredibly convenient and the price is hard to beat. The apartments are relatively new (most are 2-5 years old) and are in pretty decent shape. I love the spacious layout of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and have been able to take advantage of the space. Most of the renters at The Lofts at Southside are families, which makes for a quiet, friendly living space.

Great location, affordable
Quick walk to downtown, even easier on a bike. Easy access to the highway, but not right next to it, so it's not loud or anything. Mixed affordable housing development. Pool, and a small gym. Management is nice, but only okay when it comes to actually managing the property. Has a decent view of the downtown. Phase II of the development is already under way, so there could be construction next door for a while, but it hasn't been a problem at all so far.
