Great apartment, but with pest issues

The Park at Chapel Hill features recently renovated, spacious apartments located across the street and within walking distance of from the Village Center, East Gate shopping center and University Place mall. The property is also in a <8-10 min drive from Kenan-Flagler. However, while space and location are prime, I have dealt with a pest problem with roaches and fruit flies for the entirety of my stay at the apartment.
