Top choice for business school students without car

I highly recommend Baity Hill for three reasons:
1. Convenience: It's very close to the business school, within walking distance of 10 mins.
2. Quick-response repair and maintenance: once fill out the request, they will send people to fix the problem within 2 business days.
3. Utility bills included in rent: rent is fairly reasonable and the power system is stable compared to off-campus apartments during storm season.

Pros of living in Baity hill
1. it is affordable
2. close proximity to the business school
3. Good community of international students
4. Very safe

Cons
1. There is no gym in the complex
2. It does not have a bar or restaurant scene, and it doesn't have supermarkets close by.

Good place to stay

It is close to campus and has most amenities required. Cheap in comparison to the other options though not the best apartment around.

Baity Hill is tucked away on aside Street that comes up next to campus. The only neighborhood is the actual apartment complex which is full of International students or students with families. The normal homes nearby seem calm and safe to walk by. It's a great area being so close to campus.

They are friendly, kind so I feel safe in my apartment.
Some of them are noisy sometimes, but basically, I am not bothered so much.

Baity Hill accommodates singles, couples, and families, and the neighborhood is very diverse. There are common areas to meet within the community, and you have great access to different areas of campus. The area is very safe at all hours, with minimal noise. Grocery stores are just a couple of miles away - you can get there by driving, convenient public transit, or the UNC shuttle service.

It's very quiet: mostly graduate students and some families. Very convenient for getting to McColl. It is tucked away in the corner of campus so if you want to walk anywhere, it takes about a mile to get into campus. I would recommend having a car for this neighborhood since there are no grocery stores within walking distance.
