Love that it’s on campus and very quiet. There is also access to the buses to get around easily.

Amazing Deal if Fine with Living on Campus
Nice graduate housing, located right outside the business school for extreme convenience. Also has a shuttle that runs all day and night, going throughout campus and Franklin St. Rooms are spacious, just wish there was less carpet. Overall great value especially for the low price point.

It is a decent housing for someone who doesn't own a car
The apartment takes care of all the facilities, from maintenance to electricity and water bills. There is parking available.
The only issue I have is the delivery of my orders, I need to go uphill and they are not delivered at door.
Food and groceries are delivered at door.

Quiet, clean, well managed.
Baity Hill is the perfect place to live if you are an MBA student. It is a 10-minute walk from the business school and provides a quiet and clean place to live. Management is responsive. Utilities are included. The rent is cheap compared to other options around town. You do have to pay for parking (about $450/year) but the parking is covered and directly underneath the building. A lot of MBA students live at Baity Hill so it creates a nice community as well. I would highly highly recommend living here!

Review for Baity Hill.
Would have preferred a furnished apartment.

Convenient and great value for price
I love living at Baity Hill. It is so convenient for school (about a 10 min walk) and very reasonably priced. My apartment is so much nicer than the photos. A lot of other KFBS students live here and everyone is friendly, though it's definitely a quieter group that lives here. There isn't a central gathering place (like a pool) so you have to be more intentional about hanging out with people. Also, please note, you do not need to be an international student to live here.

Noise and poor construction
Baity Hill is very very poorly constructed. There are gaps between floorboards, around plumbing fixtures, around mouldings, etc. The worst ring about the place is the noise. Located right next to a freeway, any time you open your windows the apartment fills with car noise. It is the cheapest grad housing option by far - but you get what you pay for, which isn't much.

Not so good but managable
The apartment is good for people who are internationals because they don't have to worry about anything else, but again I want an apartment which is well furnished and i didn't get one while applying so I'd say if you don't have another choice, take a place at baity.
Pros: It is near to the KFBS
Cons: There is no way you're going to enjoy your weekend if you don't have a car! Get a car if you're planning to stay at Baity.

Very Convenient, Just Be Sure to Have a Car
Very convenient location within walking distance to McColl. You will definitely need a car to get around, especially during the summer as campus bus lines don't service Baity Hill until the very end of August.
Car necessary to conveniently access area. Room comes with its own unit heating/cooling, internet, cable, etc. Laundry room available in each building.

Some of them are noisy sometimes, but basically, I am not bothered so much.
