Best option for Business School
Pros: Baity Hill's location makes the apartments best place to stay for the ones engaged in the business school; only 2 to 10 minutes of walking depending of the block. The flats are very spacious and have a lot of storage spaces. The management of the Baity Hill community is very responsive and helpful. There is no paperwork/credibility/deposit issues for the students since it is managed by the university. A lot of MBA students stay in the complex; a factor increases social engagement.
Cons: Located on the southern borders of the university, it's quite far away from the attractions in the city center. However, several Chapel Hill and university public transport service options are available for free and adequate during weekdays. Residents also need to pay for parking space separately. No pool or gym exists within the complex.

Walkable and all inclusive, if you can check the boxes
A great place to be for the business school. the good: fully walkable to class so you skip the carpool alliance. Every utility is included. Work orders are lightning fast. Large living spaces. Shuttle to Franklin street (bars).
The bad: farther away from other communities, parking is at campus rates of ~$40 a month, visitor parking is paid, apartments vary in recency of updates.
The boxes: strictly no pets, candles, etc. children make noise during the day, dorm regulations around doing things yourself.
Bottom line: if you don’t find the dorm features bad, a perfect place to live.

Good experience
Living in Baity is amazing. Less than a 2 minute walk to school made a great difference for me.

Great for international students
As an international student, it is easier to move to a place that you have all the utilities included. Also, close to the school and it has a high cost benefit.
Great location as well.

A good place at a reasonable price
My favorite thing of living at Baity is its closeness to business school and affordability. It's just an 8-minute walk from where I live to Kenan-Flagler. I can have more restful sleep and manageable schedule and life.
One negative side is that there are almost no facilities (shop, pharmacy or restaurant) around this neighborhood.
Baity is close to the terminal station (Family Practice Building) for multiple free Chapel Hill transit buses such as RU, CM, N.
Property management is responsive to questions of any kind and/or request for maintenance. Package management is pretty good with an extended service hour.

Baity Hill
For MBA students, Baity Hill apartments would be highly recommended due to its location, cost, and features. The apartment area is about 5 minute walk to the business school building and many business school students live in the apartments. It's a graduate study-only complex, so no worries about undergraduates being in the area. Utilities, internet (UNC internet), cable are included within the rent.

Baity Hill Reviews
Some of them are noisy sometimes, but basically, I am not bothered so much.
