It's really about a mile away from anything else so walking isn't always an option. It's in a good location for going to class but not much else.

Does not offer the social hot spot of a Station 9 but you are closer to fuqua (20 min walk or take the free bus).

Relatively new apartment complex, serene environment, a lot of parking space, and good amenities. Free wifi in the club house + conference rooms.

Might find bedrooms to be on smaller side but large bathrooms (not that i need a bathroom that big). Good interior decor.

I have lived by myself in a single bedroom apartment at the Heights. Overall, I have enjoyed living here. The lactation is excellent because of its proximity to West Campus (Specifically) Fuqua, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It is a bit pricey, but you are paying for convenience. The amenities are nice as well, and the clubhouse is great for team meetings.

Good value for your money especially if you have a roommate. I was referred from MMS student year before. Majority of social scene is here where mms students live.

The MMS program is 10 months so I chose this place because it was less than 5 minutes from school. I save money on gas and parking by taking the Duke shuttle that comes every few minutes and drops me right off at Fuqua. The heights serves continental breakfast Monday thru Friday morning, so I usually grab breakfast and head to the shuttle. There are study rooms available so group meetings are easy. My apartment is large yet cozy, with nice countertops, washer and dryer, and new appliances. I live alone as a single woman and I feel very safe. Oh and the pool is the icing on the cake.... PERFECT for pool parties.

The Heights at LaSalle has been a great place to live. The complex is new so the amenities are pretty modern. It is within walking distance to campus or you can easily catch the LaSalle Loop bus with has a stop in front on the complex. The units are a fairly good size. I have a roommate and live in the smaller 2bd model and still have plenty of space. Overall the complex is solid. The staff is great, the complex is quite, and you are within walking distance or short bus ride to campus and 5 min drive to 9th street or the grocery store.
