Good apartment, well- lit.
The apartment is good, spacious, well-lit and has a large balcony. Have a departmental store (Publix) nearby and other stores as well. It’s almost a10 minutes walk to the metro station.

Distance
The apartment as a whole is good but the owner keeps on interfering every now and then. I wish it was closer to the university. It takes quite some time to commute.

An affordable gem in the middle of an expensive city
I love the simplicity of the building. One garage parking space is provided, as well as a pool and gym. The commute to the bus, trolley, or rail is less than 5 minutes away. The apartment furnishings are simple yet modern. I really like the wood floors and high ceilings as well as new kitchen appliances. An affordable gem in the middle of an expensive city.
