Great Location
This unit wasn't my first choice as the renovation created a very industrial look for me and the views were a bit limited unless you're on the balcony. Either way, we went with it because we were crunched for time and have had a great time here.
PROS:
- Location is the best part since its a short walk to Whole Foods and Lincoln Road etc.
- The pool is very lovely and has fantastic views of the Miami skyline
- The (relatively new) gym also has pretty views and I believe is open 24hrs.
- Dog friendly (restrictions though)
CONS:
- For the past 4 yrs the valet has a bit of a mess. Parking is limited and can be pricey.
- The girl at the management desk has really, really bad attitude all the time so be prepared of that whenever you need anything from the mgt office...
- Very loud construction in the unit above (for what seems like years and years now).
