Highway White Noise - YES!

If you like to hear the white noise in the background of cars and motorcycles whizzing by the adjacent highway at 90 mph, 24 hours a day, this is the perfect apartment for you. The views are great but the silence you'll come to appreciate when you leave is priceless. Sure, it's 4 or 5 blocks away from the Midtown Shops and Design District, but I guarantee you will not let your wife or daughter walk or bike there. The best walking distance to this place is the newly renovated Taco Bell down the street. Strong Pass.

Getting around Edgewater

Edgewater Reviews

6 reviews
Close to Miami Beach, downtown, brickell, midtown and wynwood. Coral Gables, Little Havana and Coconut grove is also a short drive away. Lots of great restaurants, an amazing dog-friendly park, and just beautiful area in general.
More and more people are moving into the area to stay in close enough to the hub of the city but avoiding the price of say, Brickell. Young area.
Walking distance to Wynwood without the crowds
Very nice neighborhood, many other buildings so near a lot of people. Being right on pace park and the water is beautiful to be wake up to every morning.
Close to restaurants, nearby grocery store, near to highway.
Has everything you would need
