Great place for young audults

I have been very happy with my rental. Very friendly security staff, other renters are friendly in elevator, nice units, great view and overall a very quite area. Love that is it walking distance to Publix. This is also walking distance to the park which is on the Bay, dog park, tennis courts, vollyball and nice place to walk.

Great location

I love living in Edgewater. The location is probably my favorite attribute because it's close to all the best parts of Miami, I have restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and beauty salons at walking distance. My apartment itself is beautiful. It has floor to ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light. My front desk is great! Only negatives are that there a lot of homeless people who live sleep/stay around the building. Also the bars downstairs sometimes makes it a little hard to sleep at night.

Close to Miami Beach, downtown, brickell, midtown and wynwood. Coral Gables, Little Havana and Coconut grove is also a short drive away. Lots of great restaurants, an amazing dog-friendly park, and just beautiful area in general.

More and more people are moving into the area to stay in close enough to the hub of the city but avoiding the price of say, Brickell. Young area.
